FAQ

SECURITHOR is quite complete. It will work out of the box so you can start a Central station in not time.
During the initial support period it includes help from initial installation, emergency restore if needed after HDD crash and troubleshooting if needed.

Updates are free and supported during your initial support coverage.

Extras can be added: web features, Panic buttons, Live-back up are added at extra costs if you select them.

If you want to extend the support coverage after the initial period, we can offer several terms. Support coverage is not mandatory and can be contracted only when required. Having pre-established one will make it faster if you have problems with your PC and will also get you regular updates which often include new features.

 

 

Yes, your purchase of SECURITHOR comes with an initial support during MCDI’s Business Hours. It includes initial installation, troubleshooting, emergency restore. Updates during the support coverage are also included and supported. They often include new features or enhance usability of older features.

Yes, price of the Premium version is discounted to account for the purchase of more modules. Prices also reflect it takes less support time to install all features in one time instead of coming back to add them later.
