Tutorial on Resizing SECURITHOR menus now available online New tutorial on Organizing the workspace now available online TECHNICAL SUPPORT OPTIONS Technical support is available over phone/email/msn to guide you with the initial installation of your license. Technical support is not training and consists in help and guidance on the configuration of your SECURITHOR including configuration of your receiver in SECURITHOR. Troubleshooting of SECURITHOR operation is also included during the year following your purchase of SECURITHOR. Technical support is available during MCDI business hours. Technical support is available after hours to holders of a dedicated support contract. MCDI does not support communication costs but uses tools such as emails, MSN, Adobe ConnectNOW, Logmein or VNC to help lower the costs. Choose from 6 months or one year business hours support. An option for 24 hours yearly support is also available with lower price during warranty period. You can also purchase a warranty/support extension of one year at lower price when contracted at SECURITHOR buying time. A one year support period is included from the unlock of your SECURITHOR or three months for upgrades. Support covers help in initial installation and trouble shooting your installed SECURITHOR.
