We offer numerous ways to learn how to use SECURITHOR from receiving our tooltips by email to 30 days trial.

TRAINING MODE VS PRO MODE
Contextual help is integrated in SECURITHOR. Help ballons appear when you leave your mouse on a topic for more than 2 seconds. Contextual help is available in most languages. To active go to Settings>Workspace settings>Tutorial settings. Switch from Novice (enabled) or Advanced (disabled)

Our tutorials are posted online. Check securithor.com as we will produce new tutorials regularly. Tutorials require Flash Player 9 and java enabled in your browser.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT OPTIONS
Technical support is available over phone/email/msn to guide you with the initial installation of your license. Technical support is not training and consists in help and guidance on the configuration of your SECURITHOR including configuration of your receiver in SECURITHOR. Troubleshooting of SECURITHOR operation is also included during the year following your purchase of SECURITHOR. Technical support is available during MCDI business hours. Technical support is available after hours to holders of a dedicated support contract.

MCDI does not support communication costs but uses tools such as emails, MSN, Adobe ConnectNOW, Logmein or VNC to help lower the costs.

Choose from 6 months or one year business hours support. An option for 24 hours yearly support is also available with lower price during warranty period.

You can also purchase a warranty/support extension of one year at lower price when contracted at SECURITHOR buying time. A one year support period is included from the unlock of your SECURITHOR or three months for upgrades. Support covers help in initial installation and trouble shooting your installed SECURITHOR.


ON SITE TRAINING
On site training is available from selected dealers or by MCDI staff at MCDI offices or over the web. Contact our sales department+514-481-1067 to arrange Web training.
