Technical support is not training and consists in help and guidance on the configuration of your SECURITHOR including configuration of your receiver in SECURITHOR. Troubleshooting of SECURITHOR operation is also included during the year following your purchase of SECURITHOR. Technical support is available during MCDI business hours. Technical support is available after hours to holders of a dedicated support contract. MCDI does not support communication costs but uses tools such as emails, MSN or VNC to help lower the costs. Choose from 3 months, 6 months or one year business hours support. An option for 24 hours yearly support is also available with lower price during warranty period. You can aslo purchase a warranty/support extension of one year at lower price when contracted at SECURITHOR buying time. ON SITE TRAINING On site training is available from selected dealers or by MCDI staff at MCDI offices or over the web. Contact our sales department +514-481-1067 to arrange Web training. A one year support period is included from the unlock of your SECURITHOR. Support covers help in initial installation and trouble shooting your installed SECURITHOR. WEB TRAINING/DEMOS Training and demonstrations are available over the web using Adobe Breeze service. This powerful tool is bi-directionnal so you can show MCDI staff from your own SECURITHOR. This service is priced according to time and number of connections. It requires prior installation of Flash tools in your browsers and preferably a high speed internet connection (DSL or Cable). MCDI can conduct seminars and training sessions without the high costs of transportation. 48 hours notice and appointments are necessary to set-up a web training session.
